Speaking Style
Gene speaks about life's journey and who you are as a leader and as person.

It is about relationships, partnerships and even friendships at work, home and in the community.
It is about judging yourself as others are judging you so you can become a better employer, employee, and member of the community - a better boss, subordinate, peer and partner.
Perhaps even more importantly, it is about taking that same leadership approach to your personal life at home and in the community.

It is about asking the tough questions about taking responsibility, being accountable and holding others accountable, making good decisions, being a good communicator, a good listener, being honest and having courage.

It is about relationships and about being the role model on your life's journey - for both the members of your team and for your family and friends.

It is about the day when you look back on your life and are hopefully able to say, "I made a difference!"
